3 * 60m in & outs. Done with tailwind. 1st one felt rough, 2nd better and 3rd best.
180m (300 to 120) with tail in the straight – 20.87
120 (200 to 80) – 14.03 [probably quicker, a little late on stop].
April 13

Mingara. Good conditions. Tailwind in straight.
3 * 30m from blocks.
150, 120, 100, 120, 150 at 98% with 4 min between reps. Done with tailwind in straight and 3 younger members of the squad which meant no slacking. Self timed with 2 strides run in.

Adcock. Still generally soft with some very soft patches. Runs done with long spikes.
300m (41.94); 200 (untimed), 150 (19.03) each with a walk back 60, 50, 40, 30. Aim 15 min between sets but closer to 17 on first.
Really struggling after the initial 300m but otherwise ok. Still feeling the effects of the session a few hours later and had an afternoon siesta.
April 17
Adcock. Still generally soft with some very soft patches. Runs done with runners I use for tempo.
Aim was 5 * 200 @ 3 seconds outside 200m pace with 2 min rests. Achieved 2 runs. 26.75, 30.4. First too fast given conditions and form really suffered in 2nd, so decided to stop.
With fatigue from yesterday at the end of a training week that is different to recent work, I probably should have done extensive tempo as recovery.
